Relatively cheap place to get a massage!

50 bucks an hour for deep tissue – cant get much better than that nowadays, especially in this area.

Pasana was great with her hands and very strong, it hurt so good! Was feeling a knot in my rear shoulder blade / lats which seemed to cause tightness and impingement when I was raising my shoulder. With her help and a couple days rest (deep tissue massages do put some stress on your body!) I felt brand new!

Swedish Massage

Is the most preferred of all massage types. The wonderfully soothing strokes and manipulations are designed to relax muscles, relieve tension, improve the flow of blood, and stimulate the lymphatic system.

Reflexology Massage

Thai Massage

Traditional Thai massage fluidly blends gentle rocking, rhythmic, acupressure and assisted stretches to relax and revtalize body and mind.

Deep Tissue Massage

Breaks the stress-tension-pain cycle by relaxing muscles, increasing circulation and bringing the body to neuromuscular balance. Designed to relieve tension, improve the flow of blood and stimulate the lymphatic.

Thai-Swedish Massage

The Combination of wonderfully soothing strokes and manipulation with the rhythmic acupressure of traditional Thai massage.

I was on the westside today and saw Abbot Massage just opened. I usually go to Wilshire Massage and trust their talent so I gave this studio a try. I got a massage with Jen who does a Thai combo massage. She fixed my lower back, my sciatica, and even addressed my plantar fasciitis. I feel great!
